Joseph Reynolds, Jr has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Joseph started their career as an MIS Manager at BAUER PUBLISHING CO., LP, where they launched and implemented a Lotus Notes Network. After that, they worked as a Senior Technical Engineer at CASTROL NORTH AMERICA, where they created cross-platform firewall systems and implemented network architecture changes. Joseph then joined BURMAH CASTROL HOLDINGS INC., LP as a Senior Technical Engineer, where they designed data warehousing projects and improved transaction-processing times. Moving on, Joseph worked as a Lead Network Engineer at Matsushita, where they were responsible for supporting Windows NT/2000 systems and rebuilding backup systems. Joseph later joined Panasonic North America as a Lead Security Analyst, overseeing security systems and policies. Joseph then transitioned to IBM, starting as an Associate IT Architect and later becoming a Senior IT Specialist. In their roles at IBM, they supervised security personnel and projects and served as a subject matter expert for various security products. Most recently, Joseph worked at BioReference Laboratories Inc., first as a Principal Enterprise Security Engineer and currently as a Principal Enterprise Cybersecurity Security Architect/Manager Cybersecurity Department. In their current role, they are responsible for hiring and supervising security personnel, working on various security projects, and ensuring compliance with PCI standards. Throughout their career, Joseph has demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity, network engineering, and system architecture.
Joseph Reynolds, Jr attended St. Thomas Aquinas College from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with specializations in International Business and Information Technology. Joseph also holds a certification as a Symantec Technical Specialist from Symantec.
