Lauren Ruggiero

Lauren Ruggiero is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager of Operations and Employee Experience at BioReference since April 2022, previously holding the role of TA Manager for the Core Business. Prior to BioReference, Lauren worked at Aspen Dental from October 2018 to April 2022, where contributions included serving as Team Lead and Talent Acquisition Manager focused on Dental Hygiene and Academic & Industry Relations.
