Beth Sander

Beth (Betlejewski) Sander possesses extensive experience in human resources with a proven track record in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of People at Bio-Techne, Beth previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Medtronic for the Energy & Component Center and was the Director of Global Human Resources at MOCON Inc. In addition, Beth has experience at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Manager in both North America and Global Human Resources, as well as a Human Resources Manager. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.
