Keithroy Charles

Keithroy Charles, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Income Tax at Bio-Techne since March 2024. Prior to this role, Keithroy held the position of Tax Manager at Baker Tilly US from July 2022 to March 2024, and previously worked at BerganKDV in various roles including Tax Supervisor, Tax Senior, and Staff Accountant from January 2016 to June 2022. Keithroy is a candidate for a Master of Business Taxation at the UMN Carlson School of Management, having begun studies in August 2023, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Clarke University, obtained in 2015. Education was initiated at Charlotte Amalie High School, where a diploma in Business Administration and Management was earned in 2010.
