Patti Anderson, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resource management. Currently serving as Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at Bio-Techne, Patti partners with senior leadership across various divisions, focusing on talent initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and performance management. Previously, as Sr HR Business Partner for the City and County of Denver, Patti implemented organizational development objectives and managed key HR initiatives. With a background in HR consulting and training, including roles at HR To-Go, Inc. and Maxx Properties Inc., Patti has successfully developed training programs and policies while supporting various organizations in numerous industries.
