BIO Ventures for Global Health
Alicia Manteiga is a seasoned professional with experience in program management, public health research, and teaching roles. Alicia currently holds the position of Senior Program Manager at BIO Ventures for Global Health and previously worked as a Program Manager at Kinsa, directing the FLUency school health program. Alicia also served as a Program Director at World Pediatric Project, an Adjunct Professor at Washington University in St. Louis, and a Research Manager at the Prevention Research Center in St. Louis. Alicia holds a Master of Public Health from Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida.

BIO Ventures for Global Health (BVGH) is a Seattle-based nonprofit organization working at the crossroads of the private and public sectors to advance research and improve health. #BVGH #bvghAAI #AC3T BVGH connects people, resources, and ideas across biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, governments, and nonprofits to solve global health issues. Programmatic activities include accelerating research and development (R&D) for diseases of poverty, expanding access to cancer medicines and technologies in Africa, and building biomedical R&D capacity in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).
