Bio3DPrinting, a leader in the bioprinting field, was established in 2022 as a spin-off from the University of Pisa and a medical business unit of the publicly listed SolidWorld Group. Our vision of bioprinting is based on over 15 years of academic research, culminating in the development and commercialization of Electrospider, an advanced 3D bioprinting ecosystem that seamlessly integrates both traditional and advanced bioprinting technologies. Thanks to a multiscale and multimaterial approach, Electrospider enables the biofabricaton of 3D cellular constructs that accurately replicate the morphological and functional characteristics of human tissues. Our mission, with Electrospider, is to open new perspectives in the fields of pharmaceutical and cosmetic research, tissue engineering, and regenerative medicine, offering innovative solutions for increasingly personalized and future-oriented medicine.
