Nicola Pastori

Nicola Pastori has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nicola started their career in 1988 at IBM Semea S.p.A. as a Cost Accounting Manager. Nicola then joined Pozzi-Ginori S.p.A. in 1994, where they served as the Finance & IT Director, overseeing various financial and administrative activities. After that, they worked at manroland Italia S.p.A. as the Chief Financial Officer, where they were responsible for managing administrative activities, financial management, and legal matters. In 2013, Nicola co-founded OpenReady S.r.l. and served as the Co-Founder & CEO until 2015. Nicola then joined TeamPartners S.r.l. as the CEO from 2015 to 2020. Nicola also worked as a Senior Consultant at LB AND COMPANY from 2012 and Peoplevaluelab s.r.l. from 2016. Currently, they hold the position of CFO at Bio4Dreams since 2023.

Nicola Pastori has a Laurea degree in Economia Aziendale from Università Bocconi, which they obtained between 1982 and 1988. Prior to this, they attended liceo classico G.Carducci but did not receive a degree from there.
