Sayeh Peterson is an accomplished statistician and co-founder of Notting Hill Cakes, a retail bakery concept launched in Japan, where responsibilities included managing accounting and data aspects. Currently serving as a statistician at the UArizona BIO5 Institute since August 2022, Sayeh's previous experience includes a senior management role in school information systems at the United Nations International School of Hanoi and senior actuarial positions at KPMG and Aviva Canada. Sayeh holds a Master of Science in Data Science and Statistics from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Mathematics in Statistics and Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Biology from McGill University.
