Franck Grall has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Franck started their career as a Resident at Assistance publique- hopitaux de paris in 1997, followed by a role as a Pharmacist Officer at the Blood Bank of the French Armies in 1997-1998. Franck then worked as an Intern at Genopoietic for a brief period in 1998.
In 1998, Grall joined BIDMC / Harvard Medical School as an Instructor in Medicine / Research Associate, where they remained until 2007. During this time, they gained expertise in medicine and research.

Franck Grall completed their education at Paris-Sud University (Paris XI), where they obtained a Pharm D degree in Pharmacy in 1998. Franck later pursued a Master's degree in Health Law from the same university, which they completed in 1998 as well. Subsequently, Franck Grall furthered their education and earned a PhD in Molecular Biology from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) between 2000 and 2002.
