Allison Ballard

Allison Ballard has a wealth of experience in recruitment and management. Allison began their career in 2007 as a Programme/Staffer Coordinator at Kingswood Education and Adventure. In 2010, they moved to AERIAL ADVENTURES as a Manager, responsible for managing the activity ropes course and ensuring clients were well looked after and safety protocols were followed. In 2013, they joined Amazon as an Operations Administrative Assistant, processing associates' hours onto AT Server and managing associates' holidays. In 2014, they were employed at Kingdom Homes as a Lifestyle Coordinator, creating stimulating and fun activities for the elderly residents. In 2015, they began working at PMP Recruitment as a Resourcer, recruiting individuals into temporary positions. In 2016, they started working at Cordant People as a Recruitment Consultant and at Vets Now as a Recruitment Partner and Locum Recruitment Consultant. Finally, in 2018, they joined Head Medical as a Recruitment Consultant, responsible for the recruitment of hospital Doctors. Currently, they are employed at BioAscent as a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Allison Ballard attended Balwearie High School from 1999 to 2007, where they obtained their Highers. Allison also holds an NVQ Level 2 in Activity Leadership certification.
