Neal Ward

Neal Ward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in biological control and horticulture. Currently serving as the Biobest Academy manager at Biobest N.V. since October 2016, Neal provides technical support for biological control and pollination to distributors and end-users. Prior to this, Neal held the position of Technical and Systems Manager at Cantelo Nurseries Ltd from November 2010 to September 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing trials of new cultivation techniques, nutrient management, pest monitoring, and collaborating with academic institutions on research projects. Neal's background also includes roles as a Programmer Analyst at First Data Corporation and experience in the hospitality and insurance sectors early in the career. Neal earned a PhD in Plant Sciences and a BSc in Horticulture from the University of Reading.
