Phillipa (Pippa) Hale has a diverse range of work experience. Phillipa / Pippa began their career as a Waitress at the Best Western Diplomat Hotel and Spa, where they managed the restaurant and organized weddings and functions. Phillipa / Pippa then worked as a Sales Assistant at Monsoon Accessorize, focusing on customer service and transactions. Pippa gained promotional and performing experience at Zest: Promotional Staffing, where they represented various organizations and improved their communication skills. Phillipa / Pippa then joined Samsung UK as a Sales Lead & Tech Consultant, providing support to senior management, tracking performance, and ensuring high-level customer support. Pippa then worked as an Application Support Analyst / Module Lead at Aareon UK, where they built relationships with customers, investigated and resolved faults, and provided IT and consultancy services. Currently, Pippa is working as the Lead Information Technology Business Applications Analyst at Biocair, supporting IT applications, resolving issues, and implementing new systems.

Phillipa Hale attended Gowerton Comprehensive School from 2005 to 2009 where they completed their high school education and obtained their GCSE qualification. Following that, they attended Gower College Swansea from 2009 to 2011, where they completed their A-Levels with a focus on ICT. From 2011 to 2014, Phillipa pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems with Honours at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Introduction to Cyber Security from FutureLearn in 2018.
