Mark Steffes

Mark Steffes has over three decades of experience in operations and management within the insurance and healthcare industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at BioCare, Inc. since June 2018, Mark previously held the position of Claim Section Manager at State Farm ® for 27 years, from January 1991 to April 2018. Mark obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Kennesaw State University between 1984 and 1988.
