Courtney Chavez

Courtney Chavez has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and roles. Courtney began their career at LWM Design and Engineering in 2005 as a Project Manager and CAD Designer, responsible for developing conceptual designs, managing deadlines, and collaborating with city planning agencies. In 2007, they transitioned to De Vine Decor as a Project Manager, focusing on design and sales, where they managed client project schedules and budgets. Courtney then joined Biocare Medical in 2009 as a Quality Assurance Tester, responsible for developing test plans, tracking defects, and analyzing customer complaints. At Biocare Medical, they also held the role of Instrument Manufacturing Manager, overseeing production, inventory control, and implementing lean principles for workflow improvement. Courtney'smost recent role at Biocare Medical is Operations Project Manager, where they coordinate cross-functional projects, solves complex problems, and improves efficiency.

Courtney Chavez received their Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Science from Westwood College - Denver North, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In 2022, they completed the Google Project Management course offered by Google on Coursera, enhancing their knowledge in Project Management.
