Luke Dubiel began their work experience as a Patrol Division officer at Bernards Twp Police in 1988. Luke was recognized for outstanding community service and was selected to lead and represent a police union. In 1998, they transitioned to Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Senior Analyst, where they provided customer support for HR web-based applications and lead projects to improve productivity. In 2004, Luke joined Siemens Healthineers as a Critical Care Sales Specialist, securing and expanding contracts with laboratory and point of care customers. Luke was later promoted to National Sales Trainer, providing leadership and coaching to sales professionals. In 2010, Luke moved to Leica Biosystems and held various roles, including Director of Marketing, Senior Director of Sales, and Head of Sales. Luke was responsible for driving growth, developing account management strategies, and implementing key initiatives. In 2019, they became the Director of Enterprise Accounts at Kalderos, overseeing enterprise sales operations. Currently, Luke is the Regional Sales Director at Biocare Medical, leading the expansion of their tissue diagnostic products for cancer and infectious diseases.
Luke Dubiel is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Arizona State University. Before that, from 1982 to 1986, they studied Criminology at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
