Shane Arledge

Shane Arledge has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Shane most recently held the position of VP of Financial Planning & Analysis at BioCare SD starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the SVP Controller at Associa from March 2022 to July 2022.

Shane has also worked at several other companies in various roles. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the SVP and Chief Accounting Officer at LEARFIELD, where they directed a team of 20 professionals in accounting, treasury, tax, and strategic sourcing. In addition, they were the VP Corporate Controller at LEARFIELD from September 2019 to January 2020.

Before LEARFIELD, Shane was the Senior Director of FP&A at McKesson from June 2018 to August 2019, overseeing multiple teams in financial planning, analysis, contracts, and customer pricing. Shane also worked as the VP of Finance (Business Unit CFO) at AmerisourceBergen from October 2009 to December 2017, where they managed a team of 45 professionals in financial planning, accounts receivable, regulatory compliance, and more.

Shane's earlier experience includes roles such as Director of Finance at Marconi Communications, Corporate Controller at Texas Land & Cattle Restaurants, Senior Audit Associate at KPMG, and Restaurant Accountant at Brinker International.

Shane Arledge attended the University of North Texas from 1991 to 1995. Shane earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance during this time.
