Shannon O'Byrne currently serves as the Customer Development Manager at BioCareSD since August 2023. Prior to this role, Shannon worked as a GPO Specialist at AmerisourceBergen from February 2022 to August 2023 and held the position of Customer Care Representative III at Oncology Supply from May 2007 to February 2022. Shannon began the professional journey in customer service at Southeastern Apparel from May 2006 to May 2007. Educationally, Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics/Business Administration/Criminal Justice/Sociology from Troy University, attended from 1992 to 1997, and completed studies at Dothan High between 1989 and 1991.
