Dori Revness, MSEd. has over 20 years of experience in the field of learning and development. In 2019, they began working as the Head of Learning Solutions at BioCentric, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as Principal for Crescive, LLC, where they offered positive psychology training and coaching to individuals, communities, and organizations. From 2017 to 2018, they served as Vice President of US Operations at STEM Marketing. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as Executive Director of Training and Development at TGaS Advisors. From 2014 to 2015, they were Director of Client Services at HealthAnswers Education. From 2011 to 2014, they were Global Curriculum Leader for Global Sales & Marketing Learning & Development at Merck & Co., Inc., where they managed a budget of over $2M and led a team of global learning professionals. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as Senior Training Manager for Global Sales & Marketing Learning & Development at Merck & Co., and from 1999 to 2009, they held various roles at Merck & Co., Inc., such as Senior Training Manager MSPJV, Global Sales & Marketing Learning & Development, Manager of Learning Strategy Design & Development & Instructional Design & Innovative Delivery, Promotion Manager for Physician/Consumer Medical Websites, and Professional Sales Representative II. From 1997 to 1995, they were Manager of Training & Human Resources at Medaphis Physician Corporation.

Dori Revness, MSEd., has a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Specialization in Exercise Physiology from Rutgers University, a Master of Science in Education from Duquesne University, and Nursing Education experience from Middlesex College. Dori also holds certifications in Applied Positive Psychology from CAPP (obtained in March 2017) and Flourishing Skills Group Program from CAPP - Centre for Advanced Professional Practices.
