Kofo Balogun

Kofo Balogun FCIPD is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources, EDI and Technology at Biochemical Society since May 2019. Balogun has held key HR roles in several organizations, including the Society for Applied Microbiology, Society for Experimental Biology, and Microbiology Society, all as Associate Director of Human Resources. Previous experience includes roles at Charles Darwin House as Head of HR and Operations, along with extensive work at Metropolitan Police as Deputy HR Manager, where responsibilities included workforce planning and budget management. Educational qualifications consist of a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from London Metropolitan University, complemented by an Advanced Diploma in Professional Development.
