Fletcher Griffitts is a research engineer at BioCircuit Technologies. Previously, they worked as a software developer at Capgemini from August 2020 to June 2021. Prior to that, they were a software development/analyst intern at Boeing from May 2019 to January 2020, where they participated in Agile development of desktop application software. During their time at Boeing, Fletcher was exposed to and followed a variety of industry best practices, including Test-Driven Development, Paired Programming, and the SOLID principles. These practices allowed him to become a valuable contributor to the team and work efficiently. The majority of their development work in this role was writing C# and XAML code for a full-stack application.

Before their time at Boeing, Fletcher was a teaching assistant at Clemson University from August 2018 to December 2018. Fletcher also worked as a server's assistant at Longleaf Restaurant from May 2018 to August 2018.

Fletcher Griffitts has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Clemson University. Fletcher also attended St. Pius X Catholic High School.

Fletcher Griffitts reports to Isaac Clements, CTO. They work with Michael McKinnon - Senior Biomedical Engineer, Andy Heckerling - Software Director, and Daniel Hochman - Research Engineer.
