Laurent Dousset

Laurent has spent most of his career at Sanofi, where he acquired solid and broad experience through positions in General Management with full management of P&L, but also in Finance and Human Resources. He has led numerous complex transformation programs including acquisitions, integrations, and reorganizations.

Having left Sanofi by the end of 2021, Laurent has led various consulting projects, including the creation of a start-up business model in strategy and human capital

Holding a master’s degree in financial management from the University of Paris II-Assas,

A happy father of two, he is a fan of light sailing and running.
