Anita Rao

Anita Rao is a highly experienced professional who has worked in various scientific and managerial roles in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. With a strong background in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, Anita has led projects related to assay development, biosimilar product development, and gene therapy vectors. Currently serving as the Global Head - ASAT at Biocon Biologics, Anita oversees all analytical aspects of biosimilar product development for both developed and emerging markets. Additionally, Anita has a Ph.D in Molecular Biology from the University of Maryland and has pursued executive education in Business Analytics and Intelligence from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
