Umang Kaushik

Umang Kaushik currently serves as the Assistant Manager at Biocon Biologics since June 2023. Prior to this role, Umang worked at SKF India as a Deputy Manager from August 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading lean transformation projects and serving as a subject matter expert for the Haridwar factory's Defined Work lean tool. An internship at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited focused on improving the assembly quality of the Mahindra Bolero car by reducing defects per vehicle. Additionally, Umang has presented three research papers at national conferences on topics related to fuel blends and energy extraction. Umang holds a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from COER University, completed in 2016, and has academic qualifications from Kendriya Vidyalaya for 10th and 12th grades.
