Rajesh Telugunti

Rajesh Telugunti serves as Associate Manager of Human Resources at Biocon since September 2022, focusing on talent acquisition as a team lead. Prior to this role, Rajesh was Deputy Manager of Human Resources at AUROBINDO PHARMA LTD from July 2018 to September 2022, overseeing talent acquisition, performance management systems, and employee engagement activities. Earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Executive at Mylan Laboratories Limited from October 2014 to July 2018, and as an Executive in HR at MedPlus Health Services Limited from August 2008 to July 2012. Rajesh holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Andhra University (2006-2008) and has educational credentials from Prathibha Jr College and Zph School Mentada.
