Shikha Swaroop

Shikha Swaroop is an experienced professional with a robust background in management and engineering, currently serving as an Associate Manager at Biocon since August 2021. Prior to this role, Shikha held the position of Senior Manager at Tata Motors, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of new IH standards across India and managing vendor relationships. Shikha began a career at Tata Motors as a Management Trainee after receiving a Pre-Placement Offer, following internship experiences at Protiviti, Galaxy Surfactants Limited, Axis Bank, and Tata Motors. Earlier professional experience includes a role as Project Engineer at Industrial Safety & Environment Reviewers and a Project Intern at Steel Authority of India Limited. Shikha holds a Postgraduate Degree in Sustainability Studies from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from BIT Sindri.
