Ariel Harris Roberson

Ariel Harris Roberson currently serves as the Executive Director and Senior Corporate Counsel at BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where Ariel is a key member of the Legal Leadership team, providing expert counsel on domestic and global employment matters. Ariel's legal career is distinguished by extensive litigation and dispute resolution experience, having previously held roles as Director and Senior Corporate Counsel at BioCryst, and as a Partner and Associate Attorney at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, where her practice encompassed complex commercial disputes and employment litigation. Additionally, Ariel practiced at Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP, focusing on commercial disputes, and has held clerkships with the US Environmental Protection Agency and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Ariel is a magna cum laude graduate of North Carolina Central University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
