Kristin Buske

Kristin Buske, PhD, MBA, currently serves as SVP and Global Medical Affairs Lead at BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc., since March 2023, following a notable tenure at Biogen from August 2018 to March 2023, where Kristin held the position of Senior Director of Global Medical Strategy & Execution and Chief of Staff to the CMO. With extensive experience in medical affairs, strategic execution, and team leadership across various pharmaceutical companies, Kristin has driven key initiatives, optimized operations, and managed cross-functional projects effectively. Prior roles include leadership positions at Merck, Teva GmbH, Merz Pharmaceuticals, and Abbott, complemented by academic qualifications in Immunology, including a PhD from The University of Edinburgh.
