Sathya Koteeswaran

Sathya Koteeswaran is an experienced finance systems executive currently serving as Executive Director of Finance Systems at BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since December 2024. Previously, Sathya held roles including Sr. Director of Corporate & Enterprise Applications at Editas Medicine and Director of IT Business Partner for G&A at Akebia Therapeutics. With a career spanning over two decades, Sathya has also worked at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc., Commonwealth Care Alliance, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Alkermes Inc., and EMD Serono, Inc. in various positions focusing on business systems, software, and database architecture. Sathya’s educational background includes studies at Boston University.
