Russ Teall

Russ Teall was the president of Global Cartographics from January 1980 to December 2001. Russ is currently the president and founder of Biodico.

Russ Teall has a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Berkeley. Russ's focus was on Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law. Russ also has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from UC Santa Barbara.
