Danny Funk

Danny Funk has worked in the 3D animation industry since 2010. Danny began their career as an Internship at Laura Vaccaro Seeger, where they produced several 2D computer animations based on their books and artwork, including an animated trailer for their book The Hidden Alphabet. In 2014, they worked in a team environment to produce a short public service video regarding high blood pressure and kidney disease, which depicted a 3D representation of part of the kidney transitioning from healthy to diseased state. Danny was responsible for modeling, camera animation, and blend shape animation. Since 2015, they have worked at BioDigital, Inc. as a 3D Artist and 3D Intern.

Danny Funk obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2011, majoring in Film and Animation. Danny then went on to earn a Master of Science (MS) from New York University in 2014, specializing in Advanced Digital Applications.
