Rachel Moak

Director of Customer Success at BioDigital

Rachel Moak has worked for three companies over the past 12 years. In 2016, they began working for BioDigital as the Director of Customer Success, then as Lead Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Specialist. From 2009 to 2016, Rachel worked for NYDesigns as Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Research Associate. In 2008, they were a Green Materials Library Intern for NYDesigns.

Rachel Moak attended New York University - Gallatin School of Individualized Study from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a B.A. in Individualized Study with a focus on Environmental Studies, Spanish, and Art History. In July 2022, they became a Founding Community Member of LifeLabs Learning.
