Jun Song

Jun Song is an accomplished biotechnology professional with extensive experience in technology development within the life sciences sector. Currently serving as CEO of BioDynami since February 2016, Jun Song oversees the company's focus on innovative products such as nucleic acid extraction, DNA purification, and NGS library preparation reagents, as well as targeted sequencing and enzymatic solutions. Prior to this role, Jun Song was CTO at BioDynami and held senior positions at HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology and Thermo Fisher Scientific, where expertise in Next Generation Sequencing and cloning strategies was demonstrated. Academic contributions include an Adjunct Assistant Professor position at UCLA and significant research at RIKEN, with a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from The University of Tokyo.
