Katie Dalphon

Katie Dalphon has worked at two companies in the pharmaceutical industry. Katie started at Pharmaron in 2016 as a Graphitization Analyst and then moved up to roles such as Associate Bioanalytical Scientist, Senior Associate Bioanalytical Scientist, and Study Director. In 2021, they joined BioFactura, Inc. as a Group Leader in Analytical Development and was later promoted to Manager of Analytical Development.

Katie Dalphon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Mount St. Mary's University, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the same university during the same time period. Currently, Katie is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Drug Discovery and Development at Drexel University, which began in 2020 and is expected to be completed in 2024.
