Kenan Barış Demirdelen

Kenan Barış Demirdelen is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR leadership. Since March 2020, Kenan has served as the Human Resources Director at Biofarma İlaç, reporting directly to the CEO and overseeing a team of 10 in all HR and Occupational Health and Safety processes. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, managing employer branding, talent management, performance management, and applying Agile methodologies. Prior to Biofarma İlaç, Kenan was the Human Resources Director at ODE Yalıtım from December 2006 to March 2020, managing comprehensive HR functions across several locations. Kenan's career also includes positions as Human Resources Group Team Leader and Clerk at The Marmara Taksim. Kenan holds a strong educational foundation with degrees from Cukurova University, Istanbul Technical University, and Istanbul Bilgi University.
