Jim Connell

Jim Connell has a solid work experience in finance and accounting. Jim started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate from October 2002 to July 2009. Jim then moved on to NSS Enterprises, Inc., where they served as the Controller and oversaw the accounting department, leading several cost-saving and efficiency initiatives from October 2009 to February 2014. Following that, they worked at Guardian Manufacturing Company as a Controller, supervising accounting, purchasing, and IT departments, and collaborated on special projects with the Board of Directors from August 2014 to April 2016. Currently, they hold the position of President at BioFit Engineered Products, where they previously served as the Chief Financial Officer and Controller. As CFO, they managed accounting, HR, and IT departments, led the strategic development project for optimizing the ERP system, and participated in long-term growth planning. As Controller, they oversaw accounting, IT, and HR departments, prepared financial statements with analysis for President and ownership, and chaired the committee for improving financial performance.

Jim Connell earned a Master's Degree in Accounting from Miami University in 2001-2002. Jim previously obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, and International Business from Bowling Green State University in 1996-2001. Jim also holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from The Ohio Society of CPAs and as a Chartered Global Management Accountant from AICPA.
