Bill Rule

Bill Rule has extensive work experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. Bill is currently serving as the Vice President of Manufacturing at BioFlyte, Inc. since March 2023. Previously, they worked as a Supply Chain and Manufacturing Engineering Consultant at Rule Consulting from March 2020. Before that, they served as the Director of Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Everactive from February 2022 to February 2023.

Bill has also held leadership positions at Yubico as the SVP of Global Supply Chain from April 2019 to February 2020, and at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, as a Senior Director of Manufacturing Engineering and later as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain from May 2017 to April 2019.

Prior to that, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Consultant at Rule Consulting / Ops On Tap - Manufacturing Consulting from February 2016 to May 2017. Bill was also the Senior Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Aruba Networks from July 2009 to January 2016, and a Senior Process Engineer at the same company from July 2003 to September 2008.

Bill's early experience includes working at Juniper Networks as a Manager of Process Engineering and later as a Senior Process Engineer from June 1998 to June 2002. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for various aspects of manufacturing, supply chain management, and engineering, including new product introduction, quality control, logistics, and strategic planning.

Between 1987 and 1990, Bill Rule attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering.
