Dave Blivin

David Blivin is a highly experienced executive, currently serving as President and CEO of Cottonwood Technology Fund since November 2009 and as Event Producer for the Global New Energy Summit since January 2009. David also holds the position of CEO and President at Cottonwood Technology Group since May 2008, focusing on ecosystem development for technology commercialization at local, regional, national, and international levels. As the Founder and Managing Director of Southeast Interactive Technology Funds from June 1995 to June 2002, David led an IT-focused venture fund based in the Southeast. Additionally, David acted as CFO at Montrose Capital from July 1987 to June 2002, where the focus was on real estate development and leveraged buyout transactions. David holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, obtained between 1983 and 1985.
