David G. Bowers

David Bowers possesses a robust background in postal security and management, currently serving as a member at DGB Strategies since June 2022. Bowers has extensive experience with the US Postal Inspection Service, holding various leadership positions including Deputy Chief Inspector and Inspector in Charge from August 2013 to December 2021, as well as Assistant Inspector in Charge from 2005 to July 2013. Additionally, Bowers worked as a Program Manager for Postal Security at the Universal Postal Union in Switzerland from October 2007 to August 2012. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, completed between 1982 and 1987.
