Hussam Albanna

Hussam Albanna has been working in the electrical engineering field since 1993. Hussam began their career as a Lead Electrical Engineer at SBS Engineering, then moved on to become a Lead Hardware Design Engineer at TPL, Inc. in 1995. In 2000, they became a Senior ASIC Design Engineer at Innovasic Semiconductor, where they were responsible for the design and generation of test-benches for multiple ASICs and FPGAs. In 2003, they joined FLIR Systems as a Senior Electronics Engineer, managing and leading hardware design projects for multiple digital and mixed-signal systems. In 2012, they became a Sr Hardware Engineer at Skorpios Technologies, Inc. and then in 2014 they joined Sandia National Laboratories as an R&D Electrical Engineer. Most recently, in 2021, they were hired as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer at BioFlyte, Inc.

Hussam Albanna attended The University of New Mexico from 1984 to 1990, where they earned a Master of Science in Electrical/Computer Engineering (MSEE).
