Sophie Weyn

Sophie Weyn is a project coordinator at BioForum vzw since February 2022, leading the campaign “de mooiste boodschap is bio” aimed at promoting the benefits of organic products to consumers. Prior experience includes a role as a financial employee at Volta from September 2018 to February 2022, where Sophie served as the main point of contact for clients, managed general administration and finances, and oversaw various projects. Sophie also worked as a staff member at Timelab from February 2015 to January 2018, handling a wide array of business coordination tasks, and completed a research internship there focused on business model tools for local, social, and circular projects during studies in cultural management. Educational background includes a bachelor's degree in product development and a master's degree in cultural management from the University of Antwerp, supplemented by financial management training and skills in furniture making.
