Previous roles include Managing Director for South Asia at Konecranes, President and CEO at Pennar Industries, and CEO of Demag Cranes & Components (I) Pvt. Ltd., where substantial business growth was achieved. Baxi's extensive background also includes leadership positions at Triple Point Technology and Thermax. Educational credentials include an Executive Workout from Harvard Business School and degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Advanced Management.
