Barbro Fridén

Born in 1956. Elected to the Board in 2023. Trained physician at Umeå University and a specialist pediatrician. Barbro has also conducted research at the University of Gothenburg, where she obtained her doctorate in 1999 in obstetrics & gynecology. Has held several different senior positions within the health care sector, among them as healthcare director at Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg. Also board member of Getinge, Apoteket and Sophiahemmet.
