Johannes Asplund

Johannes Asplund has several years of experience in various roles within the business and digital industries. Johannes is currently working at BioGaia AB as the Global Digital Business Director, a position they started in February 2022. Prior to this, they were the Global Digital Business Manager at the same company from August 2020 to February 2022.

In addition to their role at BioGaia AB, Johannes has also held positions at other companies. Johannes was a Senior Business Development Manager at FlixBus from September 2019 to August 2020. Before that, they worked at BabyBjörn AB, where they held several positions including Expansion Specialist, Asia from September 2018 to August 2019, Head of Digital Retail from March 2017 to September 2018, and Regional Manager Asia-Pacific from October 2012 to March 2017.

Prior to their time at BabyBjörn AB, Johannes worked as a General Manager at Swede-Wheel Co., Ltd from October 2010 to October 2012. Johannes also gained experience as an Internship Trainee at Business Sweden from January 2010 to September 2010, and as an Administration Assistant at Haas Automation, Shanghai Division from August 2008 to January 2009.

In addition to their work experience, Johannes has served as a Board Member at Edströms Maskin & Verktyg AB since January 2010.

Johannes Asplund completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Lund University between 2004 and 2009. In 2005, they briefly studied Chinese language at Beijing Foreign Studies University. Prior to that, in 2003-2004, they studied French language at Aix-Marseille University. Johannes recently obtained a certification in Professionellt styrelsearbete (Board & Management Certification) from Michaël Berglund AB in October 2021.
