Allen Wooten

Allen Wooten is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Senior Manager and Site Leader for Pharmaceutical Operations & Technology at Biogen since March 2022. With a commitment to finding therapies for neurological and rare diseases, Allen aligns with Biogen's mission to advance health outcomes. Prior to joining Biogen, Allen held multiple roles at Personify, including Program Manager, Solutions Architect, and Account Executive from August 2011 until its acquisition by WilsonHCG in 2023. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from East Carolina University and completed the Leadership Raleigh 33 program through the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce from 2016 to 2017.
