Annick Prefontaine

Annick Prefontaine is a Senior Director of Nonclinical Safety Study Management and Operations at Biogen, where they have led the preclinical safety study management and operations group since 2020. Previously, they served as a Principal Associate Scientist II and later as Associate Director at Biogen from 2017 to 2019. Annick has also held positions as a Principal Research Scientist and Research Scientist at Charles River Laboratories from 2014 to 2015, and they began their academic journey with a BSc in Biomedical Sciences and an MSc in Physiology from the Université de Montréal.
