Cal Waits

Cal Waits is a dynamic leader with over 21 years of expertise in cyber operations and risk management. Cal has held significant roles, including Director of Cyber at Citi, where they oversaw cyber investigations and built cyber risk models. Prior experience includes positions at Microsoft as a Senior Security Program Manager and at the Department of Defence as a Global Network Exploitation and Vulnerability Analyst. Currently, Cal serves as the Head of Vulnerability Management and Threat Hunting at Biogen. Cal holds a Master’s degree in Information Security Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Brigham Young University.
