Erika Pratt

Erika Pratt has a diverse background in the healthcare industry, starting with medical sales at Hologic from 2006 to 2013, where they educated healthcare professionals on surgical solutions. Subsequently, they advanced within Biogen, serving in various roles including Senior Territory Business Manager and then as Associate Director, Divisional Marketing for the South in 2021. Currently, Erika is the Regional Sales Director at Biogen Neuropsychiatry, a position they have held since 2023. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Individual and Family Studies with a focus in Psychology from Purdue University, completed in 2002.
