Grace L. is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the technology and healthcare industries. Currently serving as a Sr. TA Business Partner at Biogen since September 2021, Grace previously worked at ByteDance as an HRBP for the SH Monetization team. Prior to that, Grace held various roles at GE Healthcare, including Campus PM and Talent Acquisition Partner, where responsibilities included managing early career talent hiring and university relations, alongside end-to-end recruitment support. Earlier experience at GE involved strategic sourcing and talent acquisition consulting for digital roles. An internship as a recruiter at Microsoft further contributed to Grace's expertise in talent sourcing. Grace holds a Master's degree in English Translation from East China Normal University, completed in 2016.
