Jennifer Grant Moitoso

Jennifer Grant Moitoso serves as Senior Vice President and Chief IP Counsel at Biogen since April 2020. Prior to this role, Jennifer held positions including Vice President, Regional Head of IP for the US at Takeda, and Vice President of Intellectual Property at Shire. Jennifer's earlier experience includes Senior Corporate Counsel at Pfizer and various roles in intellectual property law at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP/K&L Gates and Hogan & Hartson. Jennifer began a career in research as a Research Associate/Scientist in Gene Discovery at Human Genome Sciences. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Maryland and a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
